Scene 1 -
cues

Navigation: Home > Assembly > Our Story Begins > Set-up > Cues
During the play, messages need to be passed so that characters know when to appear and backdrops know when to change.
Set-up the various cues needed in Scene 1 by following the instructions below,

  1. Go to the Code tab (for any character)
  2. Click on Events to get the Event blocks
  3. Select the broadcast block
  4. Click on the white triangle
  5. Select New Message
  6. Type name of cue and click OK
Create the following cues:
  • Cue Castle
  • Cue Elf
  • Cue Fairy
  • Cue Narrator
  • Cue Princess
  • Cue Witch
  • Cue Wizard
  • Cue Woods
  • End of Scene
